The Practice Manager anticipates the needs of the office, develops staff, interfaces with medical offices, makes necessary changes and takes independent action to enhance organization, productivity and efficiency.
In addition, the Practice Manager initiates community outreach to referring/potential referring physicians, medical offices & patients to determine their imaging needs and explores ways to implement new modalities in new markets.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration/management; 3-5 yrs experience managing a free-standing out-patient imaging center; demonstrated ability in practice development, community outreach, marketing & reputation management; strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to lead, train and mentor staff; proficiency in EHR utilization, preferably EPIC; excellent organizational and communication, customer service and leadership skills, marketing.
