Assists the audiologist in the daily administrative and tasks surrounding hearing aid delivery:
Performs biologic listening checks on equipment Conducts telephone inquiries Does in-office repairs and modifications Maintains inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment Assists in rooming patients Schedules and registers patients Qualifications Experience working with Electronic Medical Records Basic knowledge of hearing aids to perform listening checks and evaluate hearing aid functionality Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must speak clearly and have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to work collaboratively with others.
Must be patient and be able to communicate with hearing impaired patients over the telephone.
