Job Description Job Description Catholic Charities is seeking a Fee For Service Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide supervision to our MSW and Intern staff.
We are a dedicated team, utilizing evidence-based treatment models to provide quality therapeutic services to our local communities.
We provide both substance use and mental health treatment, through a co-occurring lens, integrating strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally competent and recovery oriented modalities.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide quality clinical supervision to a team of clinicians working to obtain licensure in the state of Connecticut.
Have a working understanding of various theoretical orientations, and be able to provide supervision on a clinician's approach through the clinical lensEnsure psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes are written according to agency best practice standards.
Collaboratively develop measurable goals and objectives according to each client's individual needsDevelop the professional growth of the supervisee and improve clinical outcomes for clientsContribute to the continued wellbeing of the supervisee by identifying potential issues of transference and countertransferenceQUALIFICATIONSLCSW / Licensed master's Level Clinician with supervisory experienceCatholic Charities Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
