Our client is currently seeking a Physician to serve as Site Director for an occupational health clinic/urgent care clinic.

Our Center Medical Directors play a crucial role as part of our dedicated team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient center operations.
This position provides a unique opportunity to make a difference by leading and impacting the health of America's workforce.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (no nights, call, weekends, and holidays off!)Work Environment:
- 100% Outpatient- Occupational Medicine/Workplace Health/Employee Health Focused- Collaboration with On-Site Physical Therapy Department- OnSite Digital X-ray- Robust front & back office support team- Collaborate with Center Operations Director & Center Physical Therapy Director
Responsibilities:
Patient Care / Clinical Outcomes:
- Spend 90% of time in the center, providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Focus on people development through mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
- Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management.
- Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook and identify indicators for clinical improvement, while maintaining accurate records/billing.
- Establish an appropriate treatment environment in compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
- Proficiency in procedures such as splinting and suturing.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred.
- Occupational Medicine, Family medicine, urgent care, or Emergency medicine experience preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
Former surgeons welcome to apply!- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Eligible to participate in Medicare.
