We are seeking an Infant Toddler Float to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler care and a passion for working with young children.
This position involves providing support and assistance across various classrooms as needed.
Duties:
- Assist in the care and supervision of infants and toddlers - Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities - Help maintain a safe and clean environment for children - Provide nurturing interactions with infants and toddlers - Assist with diapering, feeding, and nap routines - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive learning environment Skills:
- Experience in toddler care - Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages - Proficiency in behavior management techniques - Knowledge of classroom management strategies - Previous experience in babysitting or working with children - Familiarity with infant care practices - First aid certification is a plus - Background in nannying or special education would be beneficial This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.
