We are Hiring for the Holiday Season White Flower Farm in Torrington, CT is seeking to fill the following positions for the Holiday Season: Contact Center Agents Full Time, Part Time or Weekends for our Torrington location. Flexible schedule to fit these hours: 9am-6pm, 7 days per week We are seeking courteous, professional Contact Center Agents to help our telephone, mail order, and internet customers with their gardening questions and purchases. If youre passionate about quality customer service and have a positive attitude with a great telephone manner, wed like to hear from you! Requirements: Strong typing skills; Accurate spelling; Ability to maintain composure and remain calm under pressure; and Customer service experience and horticultural knowledge are a plus. Warehouse Staff Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, weekends when needed at our Torrington location. Were seeking reliable, motivated, hardworking warehouse staff for Picking, Packing, Material Handling and Stocking at our Torrington location. Requirements: Strong attention to detail, accuracy and good communication skills; Ability to read English; Lifting weight of 40 lbs., standing for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and pulling carts; May be required to work in areas such as a freezer/cooler at temperatures between 28-38 degrees; and Good attendance and punctuality.
